There are changes that happen to a woman hormonally beginning as early as her late 30s and moving into menopause and beyond, and it is during this time that it is so important to focus on how you eat, how you move your body, the mindset and lifestyle practices you have in place in order to make this time of life the best it can be. Many women struggle with unexplained weight gain, energy fluctuations, gut issues, and shifts in body composition. This is when focusing on your foundational habits can make such a difference so you understand what daily choices and habits best serve your body, health and mind.
Lauren Benser, MS, RD, LD, specializes in nutrition for perimenopause and menopause, gut health, and simplifying how to eat and move into something sustainable. Through her Women’s Health Nutrition Program, she provides a structured, science-backed, no nonsense approach to help women navigate the unique challenges of this life stage with confidence. We focus on the foundational habits that will serve you well now and going forward.
This six-week small-group program is designed to give women the tools they need to feel strong and in control of their health. Each week, participants focus on key areas essential for midlife well-being, including:
Metabolic health and insulin resistance and how to build meals, what labs to monitor
Bone health and understanding what to do from a nutrition and exercise standpoint
Gut health and digestion – reducing bloating, supporting microbiome balance, and improving nutrient absorption
Heart health and inflammation – understanding cholesterol, blood pressure shifts, and anti-inflammatory nutrition
Brain health and mood – supporting sleep hygiene practices, managing stress, and supporting brain health
With a combination of live sessions led by Lauren, a detailed nutrition digital guide, and group accountability, this program empowers women to make informed, lasting changes. Each session provides practical strategies and realistic habit shifts to help women feel their best without restrictive diets or fads.
